Support for Office Leasing An artificial intelligence enterprise (or project) moving into Songshan Lake Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, Binhaiwan Bay Area or any other major platforms will be given rent subsidies up to 3 million Chinese yuan every year for consecutive 2 years. Reward for Construction of Artificial Intelligence Incubators Construction of artificial intelligence incubators is greatly encouraged and will be rewarded up to 5 million Chinese yuan by referring to the Measures of Dongguan City for the Implementation of Accelerating the Construction of Hi-tech Business Incubators. Reward for Leading Talent Projects A leading talent (or talents team) from the artificial intelligence industry, if settling down in Dongguan with a project, will be rewarded 30% of the total project investment, with a maximum not exceeding 30 million Chinese yuan. Reward for Newly Introduced Enterprises A newly introduced artificial intelligence unicorn enterprise or leading enterprise will be rewarded in three years 5% of its actual investment, with an aggregate amount not exceeding 10 million Chinese yuan. Reward for Benefit Contribution An artificial intelligence enterprise will be rewarded 50% to 100% of its contribution to local economic development every year, with a maximum not exceeding 5 million Chinese yuan, for 3 years at most. |

Subsidy for R&D Innovations An artificial intelligence enterprise which has increased R&D input by over 5% for consecutive 3 years or more will be given a subsidy up to 2 million Chinese yuan. Reward for Senior Executive Talents A senior management personnel or a professional and technical personnel from a certified new-generation artificial intelligence enterprise will be rewarded up to 80% of the local retention part of his/her individual income tax payment for income from wages and salaries, with a maximum not exceeding 1 million Chinese yuan every year. Subsidy for Public Service Platforms Construction of public service platforms and launch of industrial exchanges, regional innovation cooperation, industrial research and product promotion are greatly encouraged, and will be given a start-up capital of 500 thousand Chinese yuan in a lump sum. Subsidy for Organization of Professional Exchange Activities The artificial intelligence enterprises are encouraged to organize and undertake domestically and internationally influential professional exchange activities, including contests of innovation, forums and exhibitions. The organizing enterprise will be given a subsidy equivalent to 30% of its actual investment, with a maximum not exceeding 1 million Chinese yuan. |
