On February 1, Energy Bureau of Guangdong Province issued a notice regarding the issuance of the 2024 Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Construction Tasks. The document proposes that in 2024, the province plans to construct 1,312 new public charging stations, with 66,110 public charging piles. It also plans to build 386 new supercharging stations and 735 supercharging terminals.
The attachment includes the “2024 Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Construction Task Table,” which indicates that Dongguan City needs to construct 200 public charging stations, with 4,500 public charging piles, 10 supercharging stations, and 15 supercharging terminals.
