On June 10, 2025, 2025 Art Toys Industry Ecosystem Partner Conference was convened at China Art Toy Center in Shipai Town. The event brought together over 400 leading enterprises and institutions spanning the entire industrial chain – including brand marketing, manufacturing, technology solutions, R&D design, and finance/trade sectors – to explore innovation pathways and deepen resource integration within the art toy industry.
Building an art toy industry ecosystem
“Set up your art toy business at China Art Toy Center!” declared the Shipai Town Party Chief during the keynote address, emphasizing that cluster development is fundamental to the industry’s high-quality growth. Currently, Dongguan and Shipai governments are intensifying policy support to drive comprehensive industrial upgrading. As the core industrial base, Shipai Town has emerged as the premier destination for art toy enterprises, leveraging its complete industrial chain, specialized service teams, and precision government-business synergy mechanisms. Moving forward, China Art Toy Center will collaborate with resident enterprises to optimize production services, enable precision supply-demand matchmaking, and explore cluster-based win-win strategies. Through deepened government-business cooperation, the center will strive to forge a globally influential art toy industry ecosystem.
A key Shipai Town Party Committee official delivered a thematic presentation on the town and China Art Toy Center at the convention, extending a sincere invitation to premium global projects, outstanding enterprises, and exceptional teams and individuals. The official called on them to gather in Shipai – this fertile ground for innovation and entrepreneurship – to fulfill their aspirations!
The event also drew numerous art toy exhibitors. Among them was Moximoxi, a standout player offering comprehensive one-stop IP services for the art toy industry. Not only does it boast its highly marketable proprietary IP “Power Fortune,” but it also holds licensing rights to numerous premium IPs. With distinctive design concepts and masterful craftsmanship, its IP figures have successfully entered flagship art toy stores across major Chinese hubs like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, becoming coveted collectibles among young consumers.
When discussing Shipai’s art toy industry development, a Moximoxi executive expressed profound admiration: “The explosive growth of Shipai’s art toy sector in recent years—sprouting like bamboo shoots with unexpected vibrancy—truly surpassed my expectations. This industrial vision is remarkably forward-thinking: it precisely captures Gen Z’s emotional connection with art toy culture, while the local mastery of production details and product refinement perfectly aligns with our commitment to premium IP quality. From mold development to painting techniques, material selection to themed displays, Shipai is leveraging full industrial-chain synergy to build a distinctive art toy ecosystem, injecting powerful momentum into the entire industry.”
Robust expansion of the industrial ecosystem
At the conference, 26 enterprises spanning the entire art toy value chain—from IP incubation and smart manufacturing to cross-border e-commerce—officially signed Letters of Intent to establish operations within the China Art Toy Center. These enterprises will join five specialized zones: the Industrial Collaboration Center, Live-Streaming Commerce Hub, Supply Chain Management Center, Industrial Design Center, and Industrial Empowerment Center.
Eleven entities, including China Television Industrial Group (a subsidiary of China Media Group, CCTV’s parent), forged strategic partnerships with China Art Toy Center. Future collaborations will focus on content co-creation and shared channel development. Additionally, multiple companies secured early participation agreements for the 15th China International Animation Copyright Fair, building anticipation for the 2025 art toy extravaganza.
The conference served not only as a platform for signing cooperative agreements, but also as a hub for cutting-edge ideas in the art toy industry. Participants delved into the latest trends and innovation pathways, exchanging actionable insights and practical expertise—a “treasure trove of substantive content” acknowledged by all attendees. These rich exchanges provided invaluable references for businesses to gauge market dynamics and accelerate their own upgrades
Among the highlights, the Greater Bay Area Art Toy & Cultural Creative Industry Alliance officially released the 2025 Supply-Demand Matching List. This list not only offered clear directions for collaboration among upstream and downstream enterprises across the industrial chain but also facilitated efficient resource matching through a data-driven mechanism.
