Humen: Technological reform and upgrade strengthen the core, old brand manufacturing ventures into a new track
In Humen Town, a well-established manufacturing enterprise rooted in the local area for many years is continuously releasing production efficiency through technological transformation, seeking new breakthroughs in emerging tracks, and injecting strong momentum into the new year's opening.
"Although the current number of employees exceeds 200, which is a decrease compared to the past, after the automation upgrade, our production efficiency, product output, and quality stability have all been significantly improved, and the labor intensity of employees has also been significantly reduced." Assistant Manager Lin Chien-Chang of the company introduced that this year, one-third of the employees chose to stay, and as of February 21st, half of the returning employees have returned to work, and it is expected that all employees will return to work by the end of this month.

As a Taiwan-funded high-tech enterprise rooted in Humen for 25 years, Rui Zhi Refrigeration has cumulatively invested over 30 million yuan in factory renovation and equipment updates in recent years, achieving quality improvement and efficiency through automation upgrades.
When talking about the development plan for the new year, Lin Jianzhang is full of confidence: "This year, we will officially enter the field of scroll compressor motors and new energy vehicle compressor motors, and are expected to achieve a new breakthrough in production and sales, further boosting the growth of the company's profitability."
As far as we know, RuiZhi Refrigeration is a professional motor enterprise integrating research and development, manufacturing, and sales. Entering the production workshop of the company, all production lines are running at full speed, key posts are fully staffed, and workers complete each production process in an orderly manner, fully ensuring the delivery of customer orders in terms of quality and quantity.
"Our goal is to achieve a 10% growth in the first quarter and fully seize the New Year's 'good start'." The relevant person in charge of the enterprise said, "In order to achieve the growth target of 5%-10% for the whole year of 2026, the enterprise has completed a comprehensive layout before the Spring Festival: completing equipment maintenance and maintenance during the Spring Festival holiday, increasing material and cultural life supplies for employees who stay on duty during the Spring Festival, and at the same time, reducing material, processing, and labor costs through fine management."
