The National Bureau of Statistics had recently released the “Economic and Social Development Chart: Fundamentals of the Population of the Megacity Behemoths and Megacities in the Seventh National Population Census”. According to the census statistics, Dongguan has emerged as one of China’s 14 megacities, ranking second among them.
